In the Czech Republic, for the 2025/2026 season, the Comirnaty LP.8.1 vaccine is available for vaccination against COVID-19.

Registration for children aged 5 to 11 will be enabled by the end of September 2025. Registration for individuals over 12 years old is already underway.

Vaccination of children under 5 years old is carried out in paediatricians' practices.

In the registration form, you will find only vaccination sites that use the Central Reservation System and have available appointments at the given moment.

Choose the login method

Digital identity serves for secure and simple logging into various state and public administration portals. It includes e.g. eGovernment Mobile Key, NIA ID, and banking identity.

If you are registering for a booster dose, enter the phone number you last used (e.g., during previous registration, certificate collection, or testing at a sampling site).
