For those interested in vaccination who are not insured in the public health insurance system in the Czech Republic or EU countries. A person who requests and pays for the vaccination can be vaccinated as a self-payer.
For a booster dose registration use that same phone number you used for your first vaccination registration ort he phone number you use to access your certificates at https://ocko.uzis.cz/.
Vaccination of self-paying minors aged 0,5-15 (inclusive) is possible in selected vaccination centers (marked 👦). Vaccinated minors must be accompanied by at least one parent/legal guardian.
